Venue owners pay for their selected package, term and clearly selected addon.

By accessing or using PlayIndoorBD, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

Section 01

Acceptance and eligibility

These terms apply to visitors, players, indoor venue owners, managers and anyone else using PlayIndoorBD. You must be legally able to agree to these terms. If you use the platform for a venue or organization, you confirm that you have authority to act for it.

A parent or legal guardian must supervise a minor’s use and handle any booking or payment arrangement involving that minor. Additional policies linked from these terms form part of your agreement with us.

Section 02

PlayIndoorBD’s platform role

PlayIndoorBD is a marketplace and venue-management platform. We help players discover indoor sports venues and send booking requests, while owners and authorized managers maintain listings, schedules, slots and booking decisions.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, PlayIndoorBD does not own or operate listed venues, provide the sports facilities, control on-site service, or act as the player’s or venue’s agent. The venue is responsible for the facility and the final player relationship.

Section 03

Accounts and security

You must provide accurate, current information and keep it updated. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account and for protecting your password and recovery answers. Do not share login credentials or allow unauthorized access.

Account types have different permissions. Players may track eligible bookings; owners may manage their venues; and managers may access only the venues and tools assigned by an authorized owner. Contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorized account use.

Section 04

Booking requests and venue confirmation

Submitting a booking through PlayIndoorBD creates a request—it does not guarantee or instantly confirm the slot. A booking becomes confirmed only when the relevant venue owner or authorized manager accepts it.

  • Availability and displayed slot prices are based on information maintained for the venue and may change before confirmation.
  • A pending slot may receive more than one request. The venue decides which request to accept.
  • You must submit accurate contact and booking details and remain reachable for venue confirmation.
  • Venue-specific rules about arrival, equipment, conduct, safety, rescheduling and cancellation may also apply.

Section 05

Player payments and booking charges

Our player-payment boundary:

  • PlayIndoorBD does not collect, receive, hold or settle player venue-booking payments.
  • The player and venue arrange and complete booking payment directly with each other.
  • We do not add an undisclosed PlayIndoorBD charge to the player’s booking amount.

A displayed slot total communicates the venue’s listed amount for the selected slots; it is not money collected by PlayIndoorBD. The venue remains responsible for communicating its accepted payment methods, receipts, deposits, cancellation consequences and any venue-level charges before payment.

Because PlayIndoorBD does not receive player booking money, player payment disputes, refunds or chargebacks must be resolved directly with the venue, subject to applicable law.

Section 06

Owner packages, addons and billing

Venue owners pay PlayIndoorBD for platform access according to the package, billing term and optional addon they clearly select. Pricing is applied separately to each indoor venue, even when one owner manages multiple venues.

  • The total shown for the selected Monthly, Half Yearly or Yearly term is the owner’s package amount for that term.
  • New subscriptions, renewals and package-change payments may require transaction details, proof and administrative approval.
  • Access starts, renews or changes according to the approved payment cycle and applicable package rules.
  • When a subscription expires, protected management or online-booking features may pause while public venue information remains visible in view-only mode.
  • An approved package change may take effect after the current active term ends.

Section 07

Venue owner and manager responsibilities

Owners and authorized managers must provide accurate venue, court, location, contact, schedule, slot and price information; keep availability reasonably current; review requests responsibly; and communicate material venue rules to players.

They are responsible for lawful venue operations, staff authorization, facility safety, player service, booking fulfilment, player-payment arrangements, receipts, taxes and any permits, licences or insurance applicable to their activities. Player information obtained through PlayIndoorBD may be used only for legitimate booking and venue operations and must be protected appropriately.

Section 08

Acceptable use

You must not:

  • submit false, misleading, fraudulent or impersonated information;
  • make abusive, automated or bad-faith booking requests;
  • access another person’s account or exceed your assigned permissions;
  • upload unlawful, infringing, harmful or malicious content;
  • scrape, probe, disrupt, reverse engineer or bypass platform security or access controls, except where applicable law clearly permits;
  • use player or venue data for spam, harassment, unauthorized marketing or resale; or
  • use PlayIndoorBD in a way that violates applicable law or harms users, venues or the platform.

Section 09

Platform availability, content and changes

We work to keep PlayIndoorBD useful and available, but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Maintenance, security work, network failure, third-party services or events beyond reasonable control may affect availability.

Venue information is generally supplied or maintained by owners and managers. We may review, correct, restrict or remove content, but cannot guarantee that every listing, schedule, image, price or availability detail is always complete or current. Features and package inclusions may evolve; changes affecting an active paid owner term will be handled reasonably and communicated where appropriate.

Section 10

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, PlayIndoorBD is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee a booking, a particular venue experience, business growth, featured-placement results, or the conduct of a player, owner, manager or third party.

PlayIndoorBD is not responsible for venue conditions, injuries at a venue, lost property, on-site disputes, inaccurate venue-supplied information, or player-to-venue payment and refund disputes. Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility that cannot legally be excluded.

To the extent permitted by law, PlayIndoorBD will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, loss of profit, data or opportunity arising from use of the platform. Any direct liability will be limited to the amount the claimant paid directly to PlayIndoorBD for the relevant service during the six months before the event giving rise to the claim; for a player who paid us nothing, that amount is zero. This limitation does not apply where prohibited by law.

Section 11

Suspension and termination

You may stop using the platform at any time. We may restrict, suspend or terminate access, remove content or reject activity where reasonably necessary for security, non-payment of an owner package, suspected fraud, misuse, legal compliance, repeated policy breaches or protection of users and the platform.

Where appropriate, we may provide notice or an opportunity to resolve the issue. Terms that logically need to continue—including payment obligations already incurred, intellectual-property rules, disclaimers, liability limits and dispute provisions—survive account closure.

Section 12

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Before starting formal proceedings, you and PlayIndoorBD should first try in good faith to resolve the issue through our support contact. If it cannot be resolved informally, disputes will be subject to the competent courts of Bangladesh, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. A delay in enforcing a term does not waive the right to enforce it later.

Section 13

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when our platform, business practices or legal requirements change. The latest version will appear here with a revised “Last updated” date. We may provide additional notice for material changes. Continuing to use PlayIndoorBD after updated terms take effect means you accept them.
