All listings, facilities descriptions, schedules, slot counts, amenities, photo galleries, map coordinates, and pricing details published on the platform are provided "as is" and "as available" for general informational purposes only.

We do not warrant, represent, or guarantee that any information presented on PlayIndoorBD is complete, precise, reliable, up-to-date, or error-free. Venue owners and managers retain full administrative rights over their listings, and any information provided may change at any time without notice.

We advise users to contact venue management directly to verify critical details (such as pricing, court sizes, equipment rental availability, changing room conditions, and parking facilities) prior to making travel arrangements or final bookings.

PlayIndoorBD serves as a facilitator connecting players with indoor sports facility operators. We do not operate, own, manage, lease, or inspect any of the venues listed on our platform.

Our platform role is limited to route booking requests to the selected venue. A submitted booking request does not constitute an instant slot confirmation or contract. A booking is only finalized when the venue owner or authorized manager actively accepts and confirms it.

As we are not parties to player-to-venue financial transactions, PlayIndoorBD disclaims all liability for refund claims, double-booking disputes, cancellation penalties, pricing discrepancies, or unpaid deposits. All financial disputes must be handled directly between the player and the venue management.

Participating in sports and physical activities, particularly indoor team sports, involves inherent hazards of bodily injury, strain, dehydration, and property loss. By searching and booking venues through our platform, you agree that you participate in these activities entirely at your own risk.

PlayIndoorBD has not inspected, audited, or certified any listed venues for compliance with safety standards, building codes, sanitation guidelines, first-aid readiness, or turf/surface quality. The inclusion of a venue on our website does not represent an endorsement of its safety or facility conditions.

We are not responsible or liable for any personal injury, permanent disability, medical emergency, theft of personal belongings, property damage, or wrongful death occurring on or about the premises of any venue booked through PlayIndoorBD. Players are urged to play safely, utilize appropriate protective gear, and assess court safety conditions before initiating play.

PlayIndoorBD may feature integrations, links, or visual assets powered by third-party services, including Google Maps location services, social media feeds, and mobile payment gateway references. These third-party elements are governed by their own respective terms and privacy policies.

We do not supervise, endorse, review, or control third-party services, websites, or external applications. PlayIndoorBD is not liable for any issues, data breaches, financial losses, or inaccurate navigation details arising from your use of these external third-party tools.

While we make reasonable efforts to maintain the accessibility and performance of PlayIndoorBD, we do not warrant that our platform will remain constantly available, secure, uninterrupted, or free of software bugs and server crashes.

From time to time, access may be restricted or paused without prior warning to perform scheduled maintenance, database optimizations, security updates, or due to network disruptions, hosting provider outages, or forces beyond our reasonable control.

PlayIndoorBD is not responsible or liable for any business interruption, lost bookings, communication delays, data loss, or financial loss incurred by venue owners or players resulting from platform downtime or technical difficulties.

To the maximum extent permitted under the applicable laws of Bangladesh, PlayIndoorBD, its founders, developers, administrators, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

This includes, without limitation, losses related to profits, revenue, reputation, data usage, or other intangible assets resulting from:

• Your access, use, or inability to access or use the PlayIndoorBD marketplace.
• Any conduct, behavior, or negligence of other platform users, players, venue owners, managers, or venue staff.
• Any facility conditions, hazards, scheduling clashes, or service quality at booked venues.
• Any unauthorized access to, alteration of, or data breaches affecting your profile, booking requests, or owner payment review references.

If PlayIndoorBD is found liable by a court of competent jurisdiction in Bangladesh for any dispute, our maximum aggregate liability to you or any third party will be strictly limited to the amount you paid directly to PlayIndoorBD for platform services (for regular players, this amount is zero; for venue owners, it is limited to the subscription amount paid in the six months prior to the claim).

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless PlayIndoorBD, its founders, operators, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, debts, and legal expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of:

• Your use of and interaction with the PlayIndoorBD platform.
• Any violation by you of this Disclaimer, our Terms of Service, or our Privacy Policy.
• Any dispute, booking issue, or transaction between you and any venue operator or player.
• Any property damage, breach of venue rules, or physical injury caused by you, your teammates, or guests at a listed sports venue.
