Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information PlayIndoorBD handles, why we use it, and the choices available to players, venue owners and managers.

No hidden platform charges

We do not add an undisclosed PlayIndoorBD charge to a player’s venue booking.

Venue handles player payment

Players make booking-related payment arrangements directly with the venue, not with us.

Owners pay by package

We charge venue owners only for the package, billing term and optional addon they select.

Section 01

Scope and our role

This policy applies when you visit PlayIndoorBD, create or use an account, browse a venue, submit a booking request, manage a venue, send an owner subscription payment for review, or contact support.

PlayIndoorBD provides a venue discovery, booking-request and venue-management platform. Venue owners or their authorized managers maintain venue information, decide whether to accept a booking and handle the player’s final payment arrangement. We are not a party to that player-to-venue payment transaction.

Section 02

Information we collect

Depending on how you use the platform, we may collect:

  • Account and contact details: name, phone number, email, account role and authentication or account-recovery information.
  • Booking details: selected venue, court, date, slot, displayed amount, booking status, notes and the contact details submitted with the request.
  • Owner and venue details: business and venue information, location, contact details, images, courts, schedules, slots, managers and operational records.
  • Owner subscription records: selected package and term, payment method, transaction reference, payment proof, approval status and invoices. These relate to owner subscriptions—not player booking payments.
  • Support and technical information: messages sent to us and limited device, browser, IP address, usage, log and cookie information needed to operate, secure and understand the service.

Please do not send us your password, recovery answers, card PIN, mobile financial service PIN or other unnecessary sensitive information.

Section 03

How we use information

We use relevant information to provide accounts and venue listings; route booking requests to the appropriate venue; manage booking status; operate owner and manager tools; review owner package payments; issue owner invoices; provide support; prevent abuse; maintain security; troubleshoot and improve the platform; and meet applicable legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information. We also do not use player booking data to create an undisclosed platform fee.

Section 04

Payments, package fees and no hidden charges

Our payment boundary is simple:

  • PlayIndoorBD does not collect, receive or settle a player’s venue-booking payment.
  • The player and venue arrange any booking payment directly with each other.
  • We do not add a hidden PlayIndoorBD charge to the player’s booking amount.
  • Venue owners pay PlayIndoorBD according to their selected package, billing term and any clearly selected optional addon.

The amount shown for selected slots may be used to communicate the expected venue booking price, but final confirmation and payment remain between the player and venue. Owner subscription payment information is used only to review and manage the owner’s access to the selected PlayIndoorBD package.

Section 05

When we share information

We share only what is reasonably needed for the service:

  • A booking request and its contact details are available to the relevant venue owner or authorized manager so they can review, contact the player and manage the request.
  • Authorized managers can access information for the venues assigned to them. Platform administrators may access records for support, review, safety and operations.
  • Service providers may process limited information for hosting, storage, communications, analytics or security on our behalf.
  • We may disclose information where required by law, to respond to a valid legal process, or to protect users, the platform and others from fraud, harm or misuse.

Venue owners and managers are expected to use player information only for legitimate booking and venue operations and to protect it appropriately.

Section 06

Cookies and analytics

We may use essential browser storage or cookies to keep sessions working, remember necessary preferences, protect accounts and maintain platform functionality. We may also use limited usage information to understand performance and improve the service.

You can control cookies through your browser. Blocking essential storage may prevent sign-in or some features from working correctly. More detail is available in our Cookie Policy.

Section 07

Data retention and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, preserve booking and owner subscription records, resolve disputes, prevent abuse and meet legal or accounting requirements. Retention periods can vary by record type and operational need.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect information. No internet service or storage system is completely secure, so users should keep passwords and recovery answers private, use trusted devices and contact us promptly if they suspect unauthorized access.

Your choices and rights

You may review or update available profile information from your account. You may also contact us to request access to, correction of or deletion of personal information associated with you, subject to identity verification and any records we must retain for legitimate operational, security or legal reasons.

You may choose not to provide optional information, although some details are necessary to create an account, submit a booking request, manage a venue or review an owner package payment.

Section 09

Children’s privacy

PlayIndoorBD is not designed for children to independently enter into bookings, owner subscriptions or venue-management arrangements. A parent or legal guardian should supervise any minor’s use of the platform and handle relevant communications or arrangements with the venue.

Section 10

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the platform, our practices or applicable requirements change. The revised version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Material changes may also be highlighted through the platform when appropriate.

For a privacy question or request, contact PlayIndoorBD and include enough information for us to understand and verify the request. Please do not include passwords, PINs or recovery answers.
